General Policies
We normally ship within 10 days from the time your order is received. For your order to arrive by December 24, it must be received by December 12.
We will include one gift card per order for $1.00.
We will gift wrap your purchase for an additional $2.50 per order.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards
Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected
items for a charge $2.50 per item.
One Gift Card is available per order for a charge of $1.
Taxes
We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Sales tax at the rate of 8.6% will be charged for all purchases whose shipping destination is within the State of Washington. No sales tax will be charged for destinations outside of Washington state.

Order Cancellation Policies
Cancellations of orders that have not yet been processed and shipped from our processing center will be accepted. Orders are processed when received and may be shipped the same day the order is received or as late as 10 working days after the order is received. Return Policies
All Sales Are Final
However, if you receive a book with obvious manufacturing defaults (i.e., pages missing, faulty binding, etc.), please contact us immediately by telephone [509-459-3926] or Email [julier@nmv.com]. You may be asked to return the damaged book to us. Upon receiving and inspecting the damaged goods, we will ship you a replacement book free of charge.
